Locke's Uisge Beatha Irish Whiskey

Locke's Uisge Beatha Irish Whiskey is a 10 year old Pure Pot Still from the old Brusna Distillery in Kilbeggan which ceased distilling in November 1953 with the firm effectively closing with the appointment of a bank receiver on the 27 November 1958 having just the previous year celebrated its 200th anniversary.

This bottling most dates from 1958 and has a plastic seal enclosing the cork capsule with a fill level in the lower neck.

This is a very rare early example of Pure Pot Still from old Kilbeggan.
