Nose: A rich and inviting aroma of maple syrup and sticky dates, layered with the spiced warmth of a well-aged Christmas cake. Hints of dried fruit and toasted oak drift through, setting a decadent tone.

Palate: Lusciously textured with a burst of dark berry compote, seamlessly woven with golden caramel and heather honey. Mid-palate brings a gentle lift of ginger warmth and cinnamon spice, creating depth and complexity.
