Description
Copeland 5-Year-Old Single Malt 25.1 is a limited-edition Irish whiskey crafted, matured, and bottled in Donaghadee. Using a mash bill of 90% malted barley and 10% chocolate malt, this double-distilled expression was aged in three first-fill bourbon casks and one quarter Oloroso sherry cask, before being finished in virgin American oak. Bottled at 46% ABV, only 800 individually numbered bottles exist.

Copeland Distillery
The Copeland Distillery story started in the summer of 2016, when they successfully raised £30,000 from crowdfunding. Based in the seaside town of Donaghadee, this small boutique distillery is punching above its weight
They have now evolved to become a leading light in taste with such creations as their cold brew Coffee Liqueur, Rum, Navy strength Gins, Irish Vodka, Malt and Pot Still Irish Whiskey.
