Using one of the whiskey casks from Lough Ree that were given to Dead Centre Brewing to mature their sold-out beer Here, Right Now. It was then returned to Lough Ree and matured.
A triple-distilled single malt from Great Nothern Distillery.
A 5-year-old whiskey matured in a Bourbon cask and finished for 14 weeks in the Here Right Now stout cask.
