Released in mid 2017, Suntory’s limited edition Yamazaki expression is what high-end Japanese whisky is all about: smooth and deep, it is a blend of various cask-matured Yamazaki vintages and a credit to Suntory’s chief Master Blender Shinji Fukuyo.

Suntory Holdings can trace their history all the way back to February 1 1899 when their founder opened his first store, they are now one of the worlds largest producer of distilled beverages. The Yamazaki and Hakushu malt distilleries and Chita grain distillery in their portfolio. From these three starting points they produce a wide range of blended and single malt whiskies, catering to both the palates at home and abroad. Some of their brand labels are now discontinued which gives them further appeal to the collector and the whisky aficionado.
