Yamazaki is Suntory's flagship single malt whisky, from Japan's first and oldest malt distillery.
This 12 year old first came onto the market in 1984 and was the first seriously marketed Japanese single malt whisky.
It was well received and still is sought after today.

Suntory Holdings can trace their history all the way back to February 1 1899 when their founder opened his first store, they are now one of the worlds largest producer of distilled beverages. The Yamazaki and Hakushu malt distilleries and Chita grain distillery in their portfolio. From these three starting points they produce a wide range of blended and single malt whiskies, catering to both the palates at home and abroad. Some of their brand labels are now discontinued which gives them further appeal to the collector and the whisky aficionado.
