Description
Founded in 1999, the Slyrs distillery produces single malt that is normally sold at 3 years old.
Founder Florian Stetter, after a few drams on a visit to Speyside in 1994, bet a crate of Bavarian wheat beer that he would distill whisky in Bavaria.
True to his word, in 2007 the bottles of Slyrs single malt was released for sale.
