Description

The very first release of Aqua Vitae, the Original Uisce Beatha(water of Life) made to a historical Recipe in Ireland.

Using a 740 year old recipe, Aqua Vitae is a new spirit based on the first written record of grain distillate in Ireland.

After painstaking research Aqua Vitae has been created using the original recipe of Richard De Ledrede, the Bishop of Ossory, Kilkenny circa 1324.

First intended as a tropical cure all, the liquor evolved in to the Whiskey that we all know and love today.
