This Hewitt's Whisky miniature was distilled and bottled by Cork Distilleries Co. Ltd likely in the late 1950s.

Hewitt's whisky was launched officially in 1960 and distilled in the now closed Watercourse Road Distillery in Cork, this distillery later became part of Irish Distillers Ltd in 1966.

A miniature of a rare short-lived peated Irish Whisky, in great condition considering its age.

Later editions of Hewitt's were a mixture of Midleton and Bushmills blends and not peated.

Production of Hewitt's was ceased in 2004 by Irish Distillers.
