Description
A very special collaboration release from the Writer's Tears Brand.
Teaming up with Dick Mack's Brewhouse from Dingle they finished the Copper pot still Irish whiskey in Barrels that previously held Dick Mack's Tóg Bog Seasonal IPA.
The resulting whiskey is Dingle in a glass with flavors of the sea abundant throughout.
Bottled at Cask strength and limited to only 306 bottles.

Walsh Whiskey
The New distillery built in County Carlow by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh. The Story began in 1999 when they formed the Hot Irishman Limited and has grown to become one of Irelands New Wave of distillery marvels with their fantastic New Distillery built at Royal Oak in Carlow. Now they have several releases under their belt through the different brands they have formed and look forward to the release of their first Distillate in the next few years.
